Abbasi Hotel-Isfahan Iran

Abbasi Hotel-Isfahan Iran

To be honest, so many people are traveling around the world these days because plane ticket is cheap and traveling sometimes is cheaper than “living” in the western world!! However, to me I HATE BACKPACKING! I HATE CAMPING! I HATE DIRTY PLACES!! If I need to travel the world, I only want to travel comfortably. That’s why I LOVE nice hotel. Even if I can’t afford to stay in there, I would love to visit luxury hotel. Abbasi hotel in Isfahan was built more than 300 hundred years ago and I was told by the Iranian people that it’s the oldest hotel in the world. However, when I tried to google it, it was not really the oldest:) However, it’s one of the nicest hotel I have ever been:) So, do check it out people:)

3600 km of Road trip Around Iran-Part 1

3600 km of Road trip Around Iran-Part 1

I was in Iran last summer and it was my number 100th country after my Trans-africa adventure. I stayed at Iran for around 28 days and I took on a 12 days bus tour from tehran to Kashan, then from Isfahan to Shiraz. I also went for a short trip around Masuleh, a province at the north -west of Iran. It was an unforgettable journey to me as I always love Persian architecture. Visiting those historical sites and cities are really wonderful. So, after living in Iran for 4 months this year(2014), I decided I need to travel more around this country. So me and my friend started this 10 days road trip-from tehran to yazd, then from Kerman to Shiraz. Final leg is from Isfahan to kashan then back to Tehran. It was full of adventures and fun, so let me show you the best part of it now:)

One night at The Haftchenar Nature & Wildlife Museum, Tehran-Iran

One night at The Haftchenar Nature & Wildlife Museum, Tehran-Iran

It’s been a month since I started my new adventure and my new life at Iran. I am kind of settle down in this country and begin to get used to most of the stuff and facilities. The toilet situation is the most unbearable for me. It’s a squat in toilet with NO toilet paper most of the time. It’s wet and dirty and smelly! Most of the apartment are built with cheap materials on the inside but beautiful materials on the outside. Pipe would started to break down in 1 or 2 years, leakage, cracks and malfunction appeared to be very common in here.
