RCI: A Right Royal Affair

RCI: A Right Royal Affair

Summer is here and a lot of people are already planning their vacation. What is better than taking a cruise to the Caribbean and relax?! I had been on a 10 day Caribbean cruise and I totally love it. The cruise company was Royal Caribbean and it offer EVERYTHING you need. So, what do you expect from a cruise with Royal Caribbean International? A holiday that’s fit for a King of course – and with RCI you certainly won’t be disappointed!

You’ve seen the TV adverts and been drawn to those glossy magazine adverts, with images of youngsters rock-climbing in the middle of the ocean or ice skating at sea. RCI is considered one of the most innovative cruise operators out there, and it’s not hard to see why. It boasts many industry ‘firsts’ and, aside from its fun-filled facilities and onboard entertainment, it’s also a lesson in how to design the perfect cruise ship.

Many RCI ships have distinct ‘neighborhoods‘, each of which follow a specific theme and serve up a unique experience. They’re packed to the rafters with not just one, but stacks of different cafes and restaurants, each one offering a slightly different experience or a unique dining theme. From homely classics and child-friendly menus to exotic spices and cutting-edge creations, many of which use local ingredients from the day’s port of call, you certainly won’t go hungry.

And that’s even before we’ve mentioned the destinations. With RCI you can travel the world, one holiday at a time. Tour the ice fields and glaciers of Alaska, bask in the warm sunshine and friendly vibe of the Caribbean, or soak up the beauty and heritage of the Greek Islands. It’s your call.

One of the best ways to book a holiday with Royal Caribbean International is to use a tour operator. Take Thomas Cook for instance. You might have your heart set on a holiday on Adventure of the Seas, in which case you can read up about it here. You’ll also notice that, when searching for holidays on this ship, you can broaden your search and look for itineraries across other ships, and even other cruise operators. It’s a great way to compare the options to make sure you’re getting your perfect holiday at the best price.

So which Royal cruise experience gets your vote?
