Torremolinos, Malaga and Granada

Torremolinos, Malaga and Granada

When I was in Madrid, people were talking about how magnificent Granada is. They told me it’s one of the most beautiful place in the world and I must visit there! So, since Malaga is one of my travel destination for this trip, I am determined to check out this place:) However, Spain is really TOO GRAND, I have never seen a country have so many Polished Granite pavement road..ever! So, even for a Flip-flops expert like me(I wore flip flop anywhere even for hiking or climbing:P), I have to pull out my white flag:P

Granada City
When I went to the city center of Granada, the weather is not so good-cloudy with occasional shower!

I strolled around the shopping area and went inside the Grand cathedral to have a look.

As you all can see how beautiful are these Granite pavement! But it’s NOT so good for me cus it’s super Slippery!

So, I have no choice but to take off my flip-flop:P ..lol

If you guys have my facebook, you would know I actually did a fish Foot Spa previously at Torremolinos:P. I regretted that I did it cus probably my dead skin would help me to grip the ground more:P

Or maybe I should just go back and do it again since it’s buy 3 get one free:P

It’s a beautiful day when I was in Torremolinos:)

Spain is just magnificent!!! Each and every corner you will see some pretty impressive architectures! So, finally I have to show you all Spain most visited tourist attraction-Alhambra in Granada. It’s truly amazing and it’s really one of the most beautiful palace at all time. However, there are just TOO many tourists over there which I really DO NOT enjoy! To me if I have do it again, I would prefer to check out the photos online and pretend I have been there!!! Afterall, architecture is really NOT my thing:P I prefer to be with lots of people in an open space(Like the mountain, safari, falls…or AFRICA:P) than to be with tons of tourist in a closed environment!! I hope you guys heard me and enjoy the photos of my HARD WORKS(remember it’s a rainy day in Granada)!!!..Cheers guys:)

  11. Dearest Tammy,
Thanks for taking me back to Granada! We loved that city and the Alhambra. Also we got to see an authentic Flamenco dance in the caves. That was pure temperament. Too bad you have rain and you better be careful with your flip-flops. Not that good for traveling safe. Hope you will do fine though.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

    • yea…It’s kind of scary to wear flip flops during a rainy day in Spain. Wouldn’t recommend it:P

  28. Love the photos, it’s almost like being there! I went to Granada with my parents when I was younger, but we didn’t even manage to visit the Alhambra because there was a waiting list for the tickets and you had to wait for two days when we got there 🙁 so you probably guessed I’m not a big fan of the thousands of tourists haha!

  30. Oh, gosh! So funny that the pavement was so slippery that you had to go barefoot. It does look nice, but is not very practical. I’m such a klutz, I’d probably make fool of myself. lol!

Also, getting back to you on your comment about my sewing skills on my bow sweater post … I can stitch, but not really sew. I’d love to learn to sew from a pattern one of these days. 🙂
